To Check USB Drivers Are Installed Correctly Connect the KPro to the laptop (you do not need to switch on the vehicle ignition). Once there is inconsistencies that is why the PC says it could not load the drivers. No you dont need a full battery charge but there will need to have a good connection with the Hondata and PC.
